أنهت الفنانة المصرية جوري بكر الجدل المثار حول تصريحاتها الأخيرة عن زواج الأشخاص من ذوي الهمم، بعدما قدمت اعتذاراً رسمياً، موضحة أنها لم تقصد الإساءة وأن ما حدث كان نتيجة سوء فهم، وذلك عقب الانتقادات التي صاحبت تصريحاتها بالتزامن مع زفاف الناشطة سما رامي.
اعتذار وتهنئة
وقالت جوري في منشور عبر حسابها على «إنستغرام» إنها لم تكن تقصد الإساءة إلى أي شخص، مشيرة إلى أن تصريحاتها فُهمت على غير ما كانت تقصده. وأضافت: «أعتذر بكل احترام إذا تسبب حديثي في إزعاج أي شخص، ولم أقصد أبداً الإساءة أو التقليل من أحد».
واختتمت رسالتها بتوجيه التهنئة إلى العروسين، متمنية لهما حياة سعيدة، معربة عن رغبتها في تهنئتهما شخصياً وتقديم الورود لهما، مؤكدة أن المحبة والاحترام أكبر من أي سوء فهم.

بدأت الأزمة بعد تصريحات أدلت بها جوري بكر علقت خلالها على زواج الأشخاص ذوي الهمم، وذلك بالتزامن مع احتفال الناشطة سما رامي بزفافها، إذ أعربت عن رفضها لهذا النوع من الزيجات، معتبرة أن الأشخاص من ذوي الهمم أطفال أبرياء ولا يصلحون للزواج.
وشنت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي هجوماً واسعاً على جوري بكر عقب تداول تصريحاتها، التي تساءلت فيها: «هل هذا في شرع ربنا؟ هل هؤلاء يجب عليهم الزواج؟ أم الناس تأخذ الكلام على مزاجها؟»، ما أثار موجة كبيرة من الانتقادات والجدل.

Jouri stated in a post on her Instagram account that she did not mean to offend anyone, noting that her statements were misunderstood. She added: “I sincerely apologize if my words caused any discomfort to anyone, and I never intended to offend or belittle anyone.”
She concluded her message by congratulating the newlyweds, wishing them a happy life, expressing her desire to congratulate them in person and present them with flowers, affirming that love and respect are greater than any misunderstanding.
Beginning of the Crisis
The crisis began after statements made by Jouri Bakr in which she commented on the marriage of people with disabilities, coinciding with activist Sama Rami’s wedding celebration, where she expressed her rejection of such marriages, considering that people with disabilities are innocent children and are not suitable for marriage.
Social media platforms launched a wide attack on Jouri Bakr following the circulation of her statements, in which she questioned: “Is this in our Lord’s law? Should these people get married? Or do people take the words as they please?” This sparked a significant wave of criticism and controversy.
