برأت محكمة مستأنف جنح الهرم بالجيزة، الفنانة بوسي من قضية الشيك بدون رصيد، وقبلت استئنافها وأقرت بإنقضاء الدعويين الجنائية والمدنية بالتصالح في القضية.

وشهدت القضية تطوراً حاسماً أمس (الثلاثاء)، بعدما قدمت بوسي إقراراً رسمياً بالتصالح أمام المحكمة مع المجني عليه، الذي حضر بدوره وأقر بإتمام التسوية بعدما سدّدت الفنانة مبلغ 3 ملايين جنيه لإنهاء النزاع محل القضية.
ووصف الحكم بأنه براءة النجمة المصرية وقد تم إلغاء حكم السجن وانقضاء الدعوى بالتصالح.
ويمثل انتهاء الدعوى بالتصالح تطوراً مهماً في القضية المحدّدة التي نظرتها محكمة مستأنف جنح الهرم، إذ ألغى حكم السجن المرتبط بها وأنهى النزاع الجنائي والمدني موضوعها.
شيكات بدون رصيد
تعود تفاصيل القضية إلى اتهام المطربة بوسي بتحرير شيك دون رصيد بقيمة 6 ملايين جنيه، وهو ما صدر على أثره حكم غيابي بالسجن، لتتقدّم المطربة باستئناف على الحكم الصادر بحقها.
وشهدت جلسات القضية إجراءات للتسوية بين الطرفين، انتهت بتقديم إقرار التصالح أمام المحكمة، لتُصدر قرارها بإنهاء الدعوى الجنائية والمدنية.
وبدأت أزمات المطربة بوسي المتعلقة بالشيكات في 2016، بعدما صدر ضدها حكم غيابي بالسجن لمدة 3 سنوات، مع كفالة مالية قدرها 20 ألف جنيه، في اتهامها بتحرير شيكات بدون رصيد تتجاوز قيمتها مليون جنيه، لصالح المدعية بالحق المدني «ف. م»، شقيقة طليقها السابق وليد.
ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية في مطار القاهرة القبض على المطربة بوسي، مع اتخاذ قرار بمنعها من السفر، وذلك على خلفية صدور أحكام قضائية ضدها في قضايا تتعلق بشيكات بدون رصيد.
أزمات سابقة
لم تكن قضية الشيك الأخيرة الملف الوحيد الذي ارتبط باسم بوسي خلال السنوات الماضية، إذ تعود أزمتها مع قضايا الشيكات بدون رصيد إلى 2015 وما تلاه، وسط نزاعات مالية وقضائية ارتبط بعضها بطليقها السابق وليد فطين وأفراد من عائلته.
صدرت خلال تلك الفترة أحكام غيابية متعددة بحق بوسي في قضايا تتعلق بشيكات مصرفية، من بينها أحكام بالسجن لمدد مختلفة، قبل أن تخضع بعض الأحكام للتعديل أو الاستئناف.
وصل عدد الأحكام التي تناولتها التغطيات الصحفية إلى 11 حكماً في ملفات مختلفة.

The case witnessed a decisive development yesterday (Tuesday), after Bousi submitted an official reconciliation statement before the court with the victim, who also attended and acknowledged the completion of the settlement after the artist paid an amount of 3 million Egyptian pounds to resolve the dispute in question.
The ruling was described as an acquittal for the Egyptian star, as the prison sentence was canceled and the lawsuit was concluded through reconciliation.
The conclusion of the lawsuit through reconciliation represents an important development in the specific case that was heard by the Heliopolis Misdemeanor Appeals Court, as it annulled the associated prison sentence and ended the criminal and civil dispute at hand.
Checks Without Sufficient Funds
The details of the case date back to the accusation against the singer Bousi of issuing a check without sufficient funds valued at 6 million Egyptian pounds, which led to a default judgment of imprisonment, prompting the singer to appeal the ruling issued against her.
The sessions of the case witnessed procedures for reconciliation between the two parties, culminating in the submission of a reconciliation statement before the court, which issued its decision to terminate the criminal and civil lawsuits.
Bousi’s troubles related to checks began in 2016, after a default judgment was issued against her for a prison term of 3 years, with a financial bail of 20,000 Egyptian pounds, accusing her of issuing checks without sufficient funds exceeding one million Egyptian pounds, in favor of the civil plaintiff “F. M,” the sister of her ex-husband Walid.
The security forces at Cairo Airport arrested the singer Bousi and decided to prevent her from traveling, following the issuance of judicial rulings against her in cases related to checks without sufficient funds.
Previous Crises
The recent check case was not the only file associated with Bousi’s name over the past years, as her crisis with cases of checks without sufficient funds dates back to 2015 and beyond, amid financial and judicial disputes linked to her ex-husband Walid Fatin and members of his family.
During that period, multiple default judgments were issued against Bousi in cases related to bank checks, including prison sentences for varying durations, before some of the rulings were amended or appealed.
The number of rulings covered by media reports reached 11 judgments in various files.
