في زلزال قضائي وأمني هز أركان الشارع المصري، تحول نزاع عقاري حول فيلا فاخرة بالساحل الشمالي إلى مقصلة أطاحت بأكبر أسماء «البلطجة المنظمة» ورجال الأعمال، بعدما فجرت النيابة العامة مفاجآت مدوية وصادمة عُثر عليها داخل المقار السرية لرجل الأعمال الشهير «صبري نخنوخ»، لتعيد إلى الأذهان كوابيس قضيته التاريخية قبل أكثر من عقد.
انطلقت الشرارة من معرض سيارات فارهة في التجمع الخامس، عندما تقدم صاحبه ببلاغ يتهم فيه نخنوخ ورجاله باقتحام المكان، وسحل أحد العاملين، وسرقة أجهزة الـ DVR لإخفاء الجريمة. لكن المداهمة الأمنية التي حازت على إذن قضائي لتفتيش ممتلكات نخنوخ، فتحت «صندوق الباندا» لجرائم مرعبة تجاوزت مجرد مشاجرة عابرة.
أسلحة وحيوانات مفترسة
بيان النيابة العامة جاء كالصاعقة، مستعرضاً قائمة المضبوطات التي عثرت عليها القوات داخل الأوكار والمقار التابعة له، والتي استخدمت شركة حراسة خاصة كغطاء قانوني لها:
- ترسانة السلاح والآثار: تم ضبط بنادق آلية، ورشاشات، ومسدسات، و1,000 طلقة حية، إضافة إلى 10 قطع أثرية فريدة، وجهاز الكاميرات المسروق من معرض التجمع.
- حديقة الرعب الهوليودية: الصدمة الأكبر كانت في العثور على حيوانات برية شرسة ومفترسة داخل المقار، كشفت التحريات أن المتهم كان يستخدمها كأداة مرعبة لترهيب الضحايا وبث الرعب في نفوسهم لابتزازهم.
وبلغت الإثارة ذروتها عقب قيام الخبراء الفنيين بتفريغ الهواتف المحمولة المضبوطة بحوزة شبكة نخنوخ، إذ عثرت النيابة على مقاطع فيديو وتسجيلات كارثية توثق وقائع أخرى يجري التحقيق فيها حالياً، تشمل:
- جرائم خطف مقترنة بهتك العرض واحتجاز ضحايا.
- حفلات تعذيب وحشية وإجبار الضحايا على توقيع إيصالات أمانة ومستندات تحت الإكراه، مع حيازة أدوات يشتبه في استخدامها بأعمال التنكيل.
وفي تطور دراماتيكي موازٍ، امتدت مقصلة الحبس الاحتياطي لتطال أسماء بارزة في مجتمع المال، إذ ألقي القبض على رجل الأعمال أحمد الحداد، زوج الفنانة المصرية هاجر أحمد، على خلفية تورطه وارتباطه بالأحداث الدامية للمشاجرة. ومع صدور قرارات تجديد حبس المتهمين، تواصل النيابة النبش في الدفاتر القديمة والجديدة لـ«إمبراطورية النفوذ والسيطرة»، في قضية بدأت بخلاف على فيلا بـ50 مليون جنيه وانتهت بفتح أبواب الجحيم على لغز الآثار والتعذيب.

- An arsenal of weapons and antiquities: Automatic rifles, machine guns, pistols, and 1,000 live rounds were seized, in addition to 10 unique antiquities and the stolen camera equipment from the exhibition.
- The Hollywood horror garden: The biggest shock was finding fierce and predatory wild animals inside the premises, as investigations revealed that the accused used them as terrifying tools to intimidate victims and instill fear in their hearts for extortion.
The excitement peaked after technical experts analyzed the mobile phones seized from Nakhnoukh’s network, as the prosecution found catastrophic videos and recordings documenting other incidents currently under investigation, including:
- Kidnapping crimes coupled with sexual assault and the detention of victims.
- Brutal torture parties and forcing victims to sign promissory notes and documents under duress, along with possession of tools suspected to be used in acts of abuse.
In a parallel dramatic development, the guillotine of pretrial detention extended to prominent names in the financial community, as businessman Ahmed El-Haddad, husband of Egyptian actress Hagar Ahmed, was arrested in connection with his involvement in the bloody events of the brawl. With the issuance of decisions to renew the detention of the accused, the prosecution continues to dig into the old and new records of the “empire of influence and control,” in a case that began with a dispute over a villa worth 50 million pounds and ended with the opening of the gates of hell on the mystery of antiquities and torture.
