يستعد الفنان فضل شاكر لمرحلة فنية جديدة، بالتزامن مع تطورات ملفه القضائي في لبنان، إذ بدأت إدارة أعماله وضع خطة لعودة تدريجية إلى الساحة الغنائية، بعد سنوات من الغياب وحضور متقطع بأغاني سنقل وصلت الترند العربي.
