ويأتي هذا الحكم بعد إدانة سابقة صدرت في 2023 في قضية أخرى، حكم عليه فيها بالسجن 6 سنوات، فيما لا تزال القضية في مرحلة الطعون والاستئناف.
مواصلة النشاط الفني
ووفق تقارير إعلامية فرنسية، فإن الوضع القانوني الحالي يسمح ببقاء سجل لمجرد العدلي غير محسوم بشكل نهائي إلى حين انتهاء مراحل التقاضي، ما يتيح له الظهور الإعلامي ومواصلة نشاطه الفني بشكل محدود.
وفي المقابل، أشارت التقارير إلى أن الضحية تعيش ضغوطًا نفسية شديدة نتيجة استمرار الإجراءات القضائية، مع الإشارة إلى عروض مالية قُدمت لها مقابل التنازل عن أقوالها، وفق ما ذكره محاميها.

ومن المنتظر أن يمثل سعد لمجرد مجددًا أمام القضاء في جلسات استئناف مقررة خلال الأشهر القادمة في قضايا أخرى مرتبطة بالاتهامات نفسها، وسط استمرار الجدل القانوني والإعلامي حول ملفه القضائي.
